Privacy policy

§1.[GENERAL PROVISIONS]

  1. This document defines the Privacy Policy of the Printexpress.pl website, which in particular includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered into the store by the User.
  2. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral annex to the Regulations.

§2.[DEFINITIONS]

  2. Service  – online store at  https://printexpress.pl/  and all its subpages,
  3. Parties  – Administrator and User,
  4. User  – a natural person who uses the Website and provides his/her personal data therein.

§3.[PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION]

  1. The Administrator is the Controller of personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
  2. The Administrator processes data within the scope, time and purposes each time indicated in the content provided under the forms used to collect personal data from the User.
  3. Personal data will be transferred only to trusted subcontractors of the Administrator, i.e. IT service providers, accounting firms, and administration.

§4.[USER RIGHTS]

  1. In the event of a change in personal data, the User should update them by sending an appropriate message to the Administrator.
  2. The User has the right to request access to the content of their personal data, their rectification, deletion and the right to limit their processing. In addition, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
  3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  4. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to consent to the processing of data prevents the use of the Service.
  5. The Administrator may refuse to delete the User’s personal data if the retention of personal data is necessary due to an obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.

§5.[TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION]

  1. The Administrator uses all technical and organizational methods to ensure the security of the User’s personal data and protect them against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access. Information is stored and processed on high-security servers, with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law.
  2. The Administrator undertakes to keep backup copies containing the User’s personal data.
  3. The entrusted data is stored on top-class equipment and servers in appropriately secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access.
  4. The Administrator carries out activities related to the processing of personal data in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed on him by the provisions on the protection of personal data.

§6.[COOKIE POLICY]

  1. For the convenience of Users, the Service uses cookies, among others, to adapt the service to the needs of users and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by the website that the Internet user visits to the Internet user’s device.
  2. The Service uses two types of cookies: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or disabling the software (internet browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  3. We use the following types of Cookies on the Website:
    • “ necessary ” – enable the use of services available on the Website, e.g. used to handle user authorization,
    • ” security ” – used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the use of the Website’s services,
    • “ performance ” – enable the collection of information on how the Website is used,
    • ” functional ” – enable the User to remember the settings selected by the User and personalize the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region the User comes from, font size, appearance of the Website, etc.,
    • “ advertising ” – enable the provision of advertising content to Users that is more tailored to their interests,
    • “ integration ” – related to third-party services used in the Website, e.g. Google Analytics, tawk.to.
  4. External websites whose materials we present may also use cookies that enable logging in and serve to deliver advertisements that match the user’s preferences and behaviors.

§7.[WINDOWS]

  1. In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server (server logs). Therefore, we store:
    • IP addresses from which users view the information content of our website,
    • time of arrival of the query,
    • time of sending the response,
    • client station name – identification performed via HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
    • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link),
    • user browser information.
  2. Data collected in logs is used solely for the purposes of administering the Service.
  3. The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time as auxiliary material used to administer the Service. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone other than those authorized to administer the Service. Statistics may be generated based on the log files to assist in administration. The aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any features identifying persons visiting the service.

  1. The User may at any time contact the Administrator to obtain information about whether and how the Administrator uses his or her personal data.
  2. The User may also request the Administrator to delete his or her personal data in whole or in part.
