Types of clothing labels

When our garment has already had a design printed or embroidered and we can finally feast our eyes on the final result, it is also the moment to consider whether we want to further refine and personalize the product by sewing in our own clothing label. This solution is often used by clothing brands that want to stand out in a dense market. In a few paragraphs we will present the labels we offer.

Jacquard labels

The most popular labels used in clothing production. These are labels woven on jacquard looms, extremely aesthetic and durable. They perfectly reproduce small elements and complex logos. The range of these labels is very wide. The most common choice is the so-called flag, which is a tag pressed in half. There are also and folded on two sides, or pressed in half and folded, cut into sections or cut into any shape. As you can see, the choice is not small. The circulation of such labels is calculated individually after receiving the project and determining the size of the label.

Sublimation tags

The overprint on such tags is applied using the sublimation method. Which gives us the possibility to get a multicolored design, also with a gradient or tonal transition of colors. The imprint on such a tag is imperceptible to the touch. The durability of the product is very high, and the turnaround time is much faster than a jacquard tag. The minimum mintage of a sublimation tag is 100 pieces.

Transfer tags

These are labels directly printed on clothing, usually on the inside of the neck. Pricing is individual, depending on the project and the number of tags. We make transfer labels from 1 piece

Hang Tag tags

These are tags made of 300 g paper in two sizes 85×55 mm and 90×50 mm.

All these mentioned points affect the price you receive from us for your order. If necessary, once you have made your tag selection, it is important to indicate at the order exactly where the tag is to be sewn in. The cost of ripping out the manufacturer’s tag and sewing the customer’s tag is given when pricing the order. The same as hooking the tag.
