Flex printing
Flex film, commonly known as thermal transfer, is a single-color, dye-sublimation film. The shade of color here is top-down imposed by its manufacturer. This technique is ideal for printing lettering or simple shapes. The desired shape is first cut from the film in the selected color using a cutting plotter. Then unnecessary elements of the foil are removed by hand and in the last step, the prepared print is pressed into a T-shirt, sweatshirt or even a jacket using a heat press. Flex printing is ideal for printing on work clothes.
The durability of flex printing is very good, so you don’t have to worry about the print getting damaged after a few or a dozen or even dozens of washes. However, remember to wash the garment at 30-40 degrees, do not dry it in automatic dryers and do not iron it with an iron directly after printing.
The peculiarity of this printing allows you to make as little as 1 piece.
FLEX PRINT SIZE
The maximum size of flex foil printing is 30 x 40 cm. However, if the graphic is constructed in such a way that it can be divided in half (without cutting the graphic elements anywhere), then we have the possibility to make a very large print, but for two times. In this case, we count the price times two.
For small prints, on the chest, sleeve or neck, it is important to remember that the graphic must not contain too small elements, small lettering or thin lines. Imagine how the design is cut out by the plotter, and then the unnecessary foil around the graphic is removed – if it is too small an element, it will either not cut out at all, or it will be damaged during the “chiseling”. For small elements, we will offer you a different printing technique, namely DTF digital printing.
PRICES
- All prices are in net, that is, without VAT.
- Do you have a European Tax Identification Number? If not, you must add 23% VAT to the following prices.
- We issue invoices in Euro.
- The bank account given is for payments in Euro.
- If you want to make a transfer in PLN, then write to us such information. We will give you a different account number for the transfer so that you avoid additional costs for currency conversion.

For each additional color, we add 10% to the net price from the table.
Special colors, such as gold mettalic, silver mettalic, neon colors are more expensive by 15%.

We use blocker films on polyester garments to prevent color migration, that is, the passage of dye from the garment to the print. You can learn more about this phenomenon HERE.

LEAD TIME
- It ranges from 2-10 business days after payment is credited and files are sent.
- Lead time depends on the number of pieces ordered and our occupancy.
- Express delivery +15% of the order value from the net price (contact us).
PRINTING FILES
- For printing, we need the logo / graphics in vectors (cdr, eps, ai or pdf).
- We also encourage you to specify the width or height of the imprint.
- The smallest lettering must be at least 7 mm high.
- Elements in the graphic must not be too small or thin, as they are cut on the plotter. We then remove unnecessary film elements by hand, which introduces some limitations.
- If your graphic has small elements, then opt for DTF digital printing.
- You can also send us graphics for verification (contact us).
- If you do not have vector graphics, then email us your file and we will see what we can do.
