Flock foil

Flock foil, or in other words, thermal transfer film , is a single-color film with a mossy texture that resembles suede to the touch and in texture. The color of the film is top-down given by its manufacturer. Flock is cut on the plotter, so the graphics should contain only fairly large elements and letters, and must not have too thin lines or small elements, as they will not be able to be peeled off the unnecessary part of the foil later. Then, the cut and prepared design is transferred to the garment using a hot heat press. For printing with flock foil we need a logo or graphics in vectors (cdr, eps, ai or pdf). We process orders starting from 1 piece.

Do you have a European Tax Identification Number? If not, you must add 23% VAT to the following prices.
We issue invoices in Euro.
The bank account given is for payments in Euro.
If you want to make a transfer in PLN, then write to us such information. We will give you a different account number for the transfer so that you avoid additional costs for currency conversion.

The above prices are for printing in one color.
For each additional color, we add 10% to the net price from the table.

LEAD TIME

It ranges from 2-10 business days after payment is credited and files are sent.
Lead time depends on the number of pieces ordered and our occupancy.
Express delivery +15% of the order value from the net price (contact us).

PRINTING FILES

For printing, we need your logo / graphics in vectors (cdr, eps, ai or pdf).
We encourage you to specify the width or height of the imprint.
The smallest lettering must be at least 10 mm high.
The elements in the graphic must not be too small or thin, as they are cut on the plotter.
We then remove unnecessary film elements by hand, which introduces some limitations.
If your graphic has small elements, then opt for DTF digital printing.
