Screen printing on T-shirts – Wolfsgruppe

Screen printing, in this project consists of as many as 6 colors. First, our graphic designer did the color separation from the bitmap file. On this step depends how the final print will look like. Fortunately, our graphic designer is an expert in this area, so the client was satisfied with the finished product.

The next step was the precise selection of paint colors according to the Pantone Solid Coated color chart, the fitting of screens and the actual production of the T-shirts. The result was cotton T-shirts printed in a size of 32 cm by 45 cm. Transferring the design from a computer monitor to cotton so as to keep all the parameters is a difficult art and requires a lot of experience, but we work only with the best, so it is our daily bread for us 🙂
